The Bassett Olympians basketball team scored 66 points and limited the visiting California School for the Deaf-Riverside Cubs to 61 in the Olympians non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Olympians now possess a 7-8 record. They play next when they travel to Covina for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. Bassett will play a Colts team coming off a 59-47 non-league win over Santa Fe (Santa Fe Springs, CA). The Colts record now stands at 4-11.

With the loss, California School for the Deaf-Riverside falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Cubs travel to Southlands Christian (Rowland Heights, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, December 30. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 3-11. Southlands Christian lost 70-54 in their recent non-league game against Aveson Global Leadership Academy (Altadena, CA)
