California High School Basketball - Liberty routs Bishop Montgomery

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Liberty Lions basketball team scored a big 79-54 triumph over the Bishop Montgomery Knights.
The Lions (10-2) will now prepare for their contest against Benicia (Benicia, CA). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Benicia was trounced by Fairfield (Fairfield, CA), 63-50, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Knights battle the St. Paul Swordsmen (Santa Fe Springs, CA) in a Del Rey contest, on Friday, January 3. Bishop Montgomery will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record. The Swordsmen go into the contest with a 9-6 record after their 80-60 non-league loss to Auburn (Auburn, WA).
