South Houston Trojans (South Houston, TX) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Brazoswood Buccaneers (Clute, TX), 59-48 in a non-league match.

With the victory, South Houston advances its record to 15-6 on the year. The Trojans travel to Kingwood Park (Kingwood, TX) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 12-8. Kingwood Park lost 47-43 in their recent non-league match against Foster (Richmond, TX)

The Buccaneers now own a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alvin for a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. Brazoswood will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 49-39 non-league win over Brazosport (Freeport, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 11-9.
