In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Redwood Valley Cardinals basketball team scored a good 76-63 win over the Central Minnesota Christian Bluejays.
The Cardinals (10-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pipestone (Pipestone, MN). The Arrows come into the AA Section 3 contest with a 2-6 record.
In their next game, the Bluejays battle the Paynesville Bulldogs (Paynesville, MN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. Central Minnesota Christian will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 94-80 non-league loss to Big Lake (Big Lake, MN).
