Texas High School Basketball - Clemens tipped by Fort Bend Clements

The Fort Bend Clements Rangers nipped the visiting Clemens Buffaloes basketball squad by a final score of 52-48 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Rangers clash with the Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX) in a 6A Region III District 21 outing, on Saturday, January 4. Fort Bend Clements will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 15-5 record after their 53-50 non-league win over Dunham (Baton Rouge, LA).

The Buffaloes (14-9) will now prepare for their outing against Canyon (New Braunfels, TX). The Cougars enter the 6A Region IV District 29 outing with a 11-13 record. In their last outing, Canyon was nipped by New Braunfels (New Braunfels, TX), 72-54, in a non-league outing.
