Georgia High School Basketball - Newton holds off Coral Springs

The Newton Rams basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Coral Springs Colts to 54 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Rams now have a 10-4 record. They play next when they host Archer for a AAAAAA Region 4 game on Tuesday, January 7.
With the loss, Coral Springs falls to 10-3 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Victory Christian Academy (Lakeland, FL) to confront the Storm in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Storm go into the game with a record of 9-3. Victory Christian Academy lost 73-72 in their recent non-league game against Lake Howell (Winter Park, FL)
