The Ridge Point Panthers (Missouri City, TX) basketball edged the visiting Dunham Tigers (Baton Rouge, LA), 53-50 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 15-5 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Bend Clements for a 6A Region III District 21 bout on Saturday, January 4. Ridge Point will play a Rangers team coming off a 52-48 non-league win over Clemens (Schertz, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 11-6.

With the loss, Dunham falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to St. Thomas More (Lafayette, LA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Monday, January 6. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 11-2.
