Virginia High School Basketball - Eastern Mennonite overwhelmed by Glass

In Saturday's non-league test, the Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA) basketball squad trounced the host Eastern Mennonite Flames (Harrisonburg, VA), by a score of 72-48.

Next, the Hilltoppers clash with the Spotswood Trailblazers (Penn Laird, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, December 30. Glass will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Trailblazers come into the test with a 5-2 record after their 86-29 non-league win over Amherst County (Amherst, VA).

The Flames (1-8) will now prepare for their test against Handley (Winchester, VA). The Judges come into the non-league test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Handley was routed by Staunton (Staunton, VA), 18-0, in a non-league test.
