In Saturday's non-league test, the Roosevelt Roughriders (Seattle, WA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Eisenhower Cadets (Yakima, WA), by a score of 78-43.
Next, the Roughriders clash with the Bishop Blanchet Bears (Seattle, WA) in a 3A Metro test, on Monday, December 30. Roosevelt will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Bears come into the test with a 8-1 record after their 74-46 non-league win over Juanita (Kirkland, WA).
The Cadets (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Wenatchee (Wenatchee, WA). The Panthers come into the 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 test with a 1-5 record. In their last test, Wenatchee was routed by Walla Walla (Walla Walla, WA), 64-43, in a non-league test.
