The McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars basketball team scored 51 points and limited the host Ethan Rustlers to 48 in the Fighting Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Fighting Cougars now have a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Wall for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. McCook Central/Montrose will confront a Eagles team coming off a 56-55 non-league loss to Mahpiya Luta (Pine Ridge, SD). The Eagles record now stands at 2-3.
