The Everman Bulldogs basketball team scored 40 points and limited the visiting Midland Christian Mustangs to 31 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 6-13 record. They play next when they host Mansfield Timberview for a 5A Region I District 8 game on Friday, January 3. Everman will play a Wolves team coming off a 48-36 non-league win over Midlothian (Midlothian, TX). The Wolves record now stands at 18-4.

With the loss, Midland Christian falls to 7-13 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to All Saints (Fort Worth, TX) to play the Saints in a TAPPS 5A District 1 game on Friday, January 3. The Saints go into the game with a record of 4-8. All Saints lost 75-53 in their recent non-league game against Dallas Christian Academy (Dallas, TX)
