North Carolina High School Basketball - Forestview nips Lincolnton

December 28, 2024: Gastonia, NC 28056

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Forestview Jaguars basketball team scored a close 85-84 win over the Lincolnton Wolves.

The Jaguars (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against South Point (Belmont, NC). The Red Raiders come into the 3A Big South contest with a 6-4 record.

In their next game, the Wolves battle the Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC) in a 2A Catawba Valley contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Lincolnton will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 9-2 record after their 78-70 non-league loss to North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC).
