North Augusta Yellow Jackets (North Augusta, SC) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Fort Mill Yellow Jackets (Fort Mill, SC), 58-55 in a non-league match.

With the victory, North Augusta upgrades its record to 10-0 on the year. The Yellow Jackets travel to Grovetown (Grovetown, GA) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Saturday, January 4. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 9-3. Grovetown won 66-46 in their recent non-league match against Warner Robins (Warner Robins, GA)

The Yellow Jackets now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clover for a AAAAA Region 3 match on Friday, January 3. Fort Mill will face a Blue Eagles squad coming off a 48-39 non-league loss to Irmo (Columbia, SC). The Blue Eagles record now stands at 9-4.
