Texas High School Basketball - Grace Community routs Henderson

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Grace Community Cougars basketball team scored a big 89-50 win over the Henderson Lions.
The Cougars (14-8) will now prepare for their contest against Centerville (Groveton, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 16-2 record. In their last contest, Centerville smashed Oakwood (Oakwood, TX), 80-35, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Lions battle the Cumberland Academy Knights (Tyler, TX) in a 4A Region II District 16 contest, on Tuesday, December 31. Henderson will attempt to better on its 1-15 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 6-10 record after their 74-49 non-league loss to Bishop Gorman (Tyler, TX).
