The Mustang Broncos nipped the visiting Jenks Trojans basketball squad by a final score of 51-45 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next, the Broncos face the Southmoore SaberCats (Moore, OK) in a 6A District 1 outing, on Tuesday, January 7. Mustang will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The SaberCats enter the outing with a 4-2 record after their 84-54 league win over Yukon (Yukon, OK).
The Trojans (5-6) will now prepare for their outing against Sapulpa (Sapulpa, OK). The Chieftains enter the 6A District 4 outing with a 4-3 record. In their last outing, Sapulpa was nipped by Northwest Classen (Oklahoma City, OK), 74-60, in a league outing.
