The Kewanee Boilermakers basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host Stark County Rebels to 35 in the Boilermakers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Boilermakers now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Forreston for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. Kewanee will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 63-57 non-league loss to Lena-Winslow (Lena, IL). The Cardinals record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Stark County falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Fulton (Fulton, IL) to confront the Steamers in a non-league game on Monday, December 30. The Steamers go into the game with a record of 4-9. Fulton lost 45-44 in their recent non-league game against Erie-Prophetstown (Erie, IL)
