The Lancaster Red Devils basketball squad (Lancaster, VA), was nudged 64-60 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Thomas Jefferson Vikings (Richmond, VA)

With the victory, Thomas Jefferson advances its record to 4-5 on the year. The Vikings travel to Godwin (Richmond, VA) to meet the Eagles in a Colonial battle on Tuesday, January 7. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 5-4. Godwin won 43-34 in their recent non-league battle against Fleming (Roanoke, VA)
