The Mt. Pleasant Kilties basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting Worcester Tech Eagles to 41 in the Kilties non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Kilties now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Barrington for a Division 1 game on Friday, January 3. Mt. Pleasant will confront a Eagles team coming off a 70-50 league win over Middletown (Middletown, RI). The Eagles record now stands at 5-1.

With the loss, Worcester Tech falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Montachusett RVT (Fitchburg, MA) to confront the Bulldogs in a Colonial game on Tuesday, January 7. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 1-2.
