Next, the Cubs encounter the Cottage Grove Lions (Cottage Grove, OR) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 7. Newport will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record.
The Miners (5-8) will now prepare for their test against St. Bernard's (Eureka, CA). The Crusaders come into the non-league test with a 7-2 record.
