California High School Basketball - Thousand Oaks knocks off Otay Ranch

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Thousand Oaks Lancers basketball team scored a good 60-44 win over the Otay Ranch Mustangs.

The Lancers (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Capistrano Valley (Mission Viejo, CA). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Capistrano Valley defeated Downey (Downey, CA), 59-44, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Granite Hills Eagles (El Cajon, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 2. Otay Ranch will attempt to better on its 4-11 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 3-7 record after their 72-55 non-league win over High Tech CV (Chula Vista, CA).
