The Brother Rice Crusaders basketball squad (Chicago, IL), was outscored 49-41 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL)
With the victory, Lyons advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Lions travel to York (Elmhurst, IL) to meet the Dukes in a non-league battle on Friday, January 10. The Dukes enter the battle with a record of 3-1.
The Crusaders now own a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host De La Salle for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 11.
