The Palm Desert Aztecs basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host South Hills Huskies to 45 in the Aztecs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Aztecs now have a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Wilson for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. Palm Desert will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 51-23 non-league loss to Glendora (Glendora, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, South Hills falls to 3-12 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Covina (Covina, CA) to confront the Colts in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Colts go into the game with a record of 1-4. Covina lost 69-23 in their recent non-league game against South Hills (West Covina, CA)
