The Panthers (10-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Banquete (Banquete, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 9-8 record. In their last challenge, Banquete prevailed over Hebbronville (Hebbronville, TX), 59-19, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Seahawks encounter the Freer Buckaroos (Freer, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 32 challenge, on Friday, January 3. Kaufer will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record.
