The Lions (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Pinson Valley (Pinson, AL). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 7-11 record. In their last challenge, Pinson Valley prevailed over Maclay (Tallahassee, FL), 58-19, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tigers encounter the Central Red Devils (Phenix City, AL) in a 7A Area 4 challenge, on Friday, January 3. Auburn will attempt to improve on its 16-4 season record.
