Texas High School Basketball - Randle triumphant over Benjamin Davis

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Randle Lions (Richmond, TX) and the host Benjamin Davis Falcons (Houston, TX), observed Randle's basketball team overwhelm Benjamin Davis by a score of 53-25.

The Lions (10-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Magnolia (Magnolia, TX). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 3-11 record. In their last challenge, Magnolia trounced MacArthur (Houston, TX), 48-17, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons encounter the Aldine Mustangs (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 challenge, on Friday, January 3. Benjamin Davis will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 2-13 record after their 69-3 league loss to Westfield (Houston, TX).
