The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Boonton Bombers (Boonton, NJ) and the visiting Orange Tornadoes (Orange, NJ), observed Boonton's basketball team overcome Orange by a margin of 38-30.

The Bombers (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Pioneer Academy (Wayne, NJ). The Eagles come into the Freelance challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Pioneer Academy dropped by Bergen Charter (Hackensack, NJ), 55-13, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Tornadoes battle the St. Vincent Academy (Newark, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 10. Orange will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record.
