Lewis County Minutemen (Weston, WV) supporters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Cane Bay Cobras (Summerville, SC), 59-16 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Lewis County advances its record to 5-2 on the year. The Minutemen travel to Rowan County (Morehead, KY) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Monday, December 30. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 5-4. Rowan County won 42-29 in their recent non-league match against Wren (Piedmont, SC)

The Cobras now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wren for a non-league match on Monday, December 30. Cane Bay will face a Hurricanes squad coming off a 42-29 non-league loss to Rowan County (Morehead, KY). The Hurricanes record now stands at 9-4.
