The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Central A & M Raiders (Moweaqua, IL) and the host Riverton Hawks (Riverton, IL), observed Central A & M's basketball team overcome Riverton by a margin of 56-38.

The Raiders (5-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Argenta-Oreana (Argenta, IL). The Bombers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Argenta-Oreana defeated Sangamon Valley/Tri-City (Niantic, IL), 55-38, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Hawks battle the Clinton Maroons (Clinton, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 4. Riverton will attempt to better on its 2-11 season record. The Maroons come into the challenge with a 11-5 record after their 47-32 non-league loss to Monticello (Monticello, IL).
