The Middle Township Panthers basketball squad (Cape May Court House, NJ), was nudged 36-30 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Cherokee Chiefs (Marlton, NJ)

With the victory, Cherokee advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Chiefs travel to Williamstown (Williamstown, NJ) to meet the Braves in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 31. The Braves enter the battle with a record of 3-2. Williamstown lost 54-28 in their recent non-league battle against Cherry Hill West (Cherry Hill, NJ)

The Panthers now own a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Springfield for a non-league battle on Monday, December 30.
