In Saturday's non-league test, the Delone Catholic Squires (McSherrystown, PA) basketball squad defeated the visiting Palmyra Cougars (Palmyra, PA), by a score of 54-36.

Next, the Squires clash with the Hanover Nighthawks (Hanover, PA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 7. Delone Catholic will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Nighthawks come into the test with a 3-4 record after their 61-55 non-league win over Gettysburg (Gettysburg, PA).

The Cougars (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA). The Huskies come into the Mid-Penn - Keystone test with a 3-5 record.
