The Frost Polar Bears basketball squad (Frost, TX), was outscored 48-36 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Mineola Yellowjackets (Mineola, TX)

With the victory, Mineola advances its record to 11-12 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Corsicana (Corsicana, TX) to meet the Tigers in a non-league battle on Monday, December 30. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 10-10. Corsicana lost 58-48 in their recent league battle against Kaufman (Kaufman, TX)

The Polar Bears now own a 15-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kerens for a 2A Region III District 18 battle on Tuesday, December 31. Frost will meet a Bobcats squad coming off a 47-33 non-league loss to Blooming Grove (Blooming Grove, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-11.
