The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Middlesex Bluejays (Middlesex, NJ) and the visiting Highland Park Owls (Highland Park, NJ), observed Middlesex's basketball team overwhelm Highland Park by a margin of 55-28.

The Bluejays (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Absegami (Galloway, NJ). The Braves come into the non-league challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Absegami trounced Conwell-Egan Catholic (Fairless Hills, PA), 48-43, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Owls battle the Sayreville Bombers (Parlin, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Highland Park will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record.
