Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Richland overwhelms Homer-Center

The Richland Rams basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting Homer-Center Wildcats to 25 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rams now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bald Eagle Area for a Laurel Highlands game on Friday, January 3. Richland will confront a Eagles team coming off a 44-43 non-league win over Philipsburg-Osceola (Philipsburg, PA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-5.

With the loss, Homer-Center falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA) to confront the Lions in a non-league game on Thursday, January 2. The Lions go into the game with a record of 0-8. Chestnut Ridge lost 73-21 in their recent league game against Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA)
