The Lynden Christian Lyncs basketball squad (Lynden, WA), lost 68-58 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Issaquah Eagles (Issaquah, WA)
With the victory, Issaquah advances its record to 9-2 on the year. The Eagles host Redmond (Redmond, WA) to meet the Mustangs in a 4A KingCo battle on Wednesday, January 8. The Mustangs enter the battle with a record of 8-0.
The Lyncs now own a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlington-Edison for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest battle on Friday, January 3. Lynden Christian will play a Tigers team coming off a 72-40 league win over Meridian (Bellingham, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 8-0.
