Florida High School Basketball - Lower Merion thwarts Sunlake

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Lower Merion Aces (Ardmore, PA) and the host Sunlake Seahawks (Land O' Lakes, FL), observed Lower Merion's basketball team knock off Sunlake by a score of 43-34.

The Aces (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Upper Darby (Drexel Hill, PA). The Royals come into the Central challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Upper Darby prevailed over Renaissance Academy (Phoenixville, PA), 49-32, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Seahawks battle the Merritt Island Christian Cougars (Merritt Island, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 28. Sunlake will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Cocoa Beach (Cocoa Beach, FL).
