In Saturday's non-league test, the New Kent Trojans (New Kent, VA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Thomas Jefferson Vikings (Richmond, VA), by a score of 52-13.
Next, the Trojans clash with the Jamestown Eagles (Williamsburg, VA) in a Bay Rivers test, on Tuesday, January 7. New Kent will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 2-4 record after their 43-35 league loss to Warhill (Williamsburg, VA).
The Vikings (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Varina (Richmond, VA). The Blue Devils come into the non-league test with a 1-2 record.
