North Carolina High School Basketball - Providence Grove routs Leadership Academy

December 28, 2024: Kernersville, NC 27284

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Providence Grove Patriots basketball team scored a big 50-27 win over the Leadership Academy Falcons.

The Patriots (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity (Trinity, NC). The Bulldogs come into the 1A/2A Piedmont contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Trinity smashed Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC), 53-23, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Leadership Academy will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Rams come into the contest with a 4-5 record after their 51-18 non-league win over Wilkes Central (Wilkesboro, NC).
