Illinois High School Basketball - Rich Township knocks off Westinghouse

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL) and the visiting Westinghouse Warriors (Chicago, IL), observed Rich Township's basketball team overcome Westinghouse by a margin of 71-52.

The Raptors (11-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Perspectives-IIT/Joslin (Chicago, IL). The Wolves come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Perspectives-IIT/Joslin dropped by Westinghouse (Chicago, IL), 61-29, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Amundsen Vikings (Chicago, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Sunday, December 29. Westinghouse will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 5-10 record after their 41-13 non-league win over Perspectives-IIT/Joslin (Chicago, IL).
