California High School Basketball - Gridley overwhelms Dixon

December 28, 2024: Dixon, CA 95620

The Gridley Bulldogs basketball team scored 48 points and limited the host Dixon Rams to 24 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they host St. Mary's for a non-league game on Monday, December 30. Gridley will confront a Rams team coming off a 50-46 non-league win over Davis Sr. (Davis, CA). The Rams record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Dixon falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Rams host Rio Linda (Rio Linda, CA) to confront the Knights in a game on Friday, January 3. The Knights go into the game with a record of 0-4. Rio Linda lost 19-18 in their recent non-league game against Foothill (Sacramento, CA)
