The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Thief River Falls Prowlers (Thief River Falls, MN) and the visiting Bismarck Demons (Bismarck, ND), witnessed Thief River Falls's ice hockey team defeat Bismarck by a score of 9-0.

The Prowlers (4-7) will now prepare for their challenge against East Grand Forks (East Grand Forks, MN). The Green Wave come into the Greater Minnesota challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, East Grand Forks ran past Fargo Davies (Fargo, ND), 5-1, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Demons battle the Fargo North Spartans (Fargo, ND) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 28. Bismarck will attempt to better on its 0-9 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 7-4 non-league win over Sheyenne (West Fargo, ND).
