The York Wildcats (York, ME) ice hockey held off the host Bow Falcons (Bow, NH), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Wildcats now own a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brunswick for a Class B South outing on Saturday, January 4.
With the defeat, Bow moves to 2-2 on the season. The Falcons travel to Bedford (Bedford, NH) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Thursday, January 2. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a record of 0-0.
