The Bishop Manogue Miners basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Hug Hawks to 36 in the Miners non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Miners now have a 6-5 record. They play next when they host McQueen for a game on Friday, January 3. Bishop Manogue will confront a Lancers team coming off a 51-45 non-league win over Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV). The Lancers record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, Hug falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Lowry (Winnemucca, NV) to confront the Buckaroos in a non-league game on Monday, December 30. The Buckaroos go into the game with a record of 2-8. Lowry lost 67-18 in their recent non-league game against North Valleys (Reno, NV)
