Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Bishop Alemany Warriors (Mission Hills, CA), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Sylmar moves its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA) to meet the Highlanders in a non-league test on Monday, December 30. The Highlanders come into the test with a record of 5-2. Granada Hills Charter won 8-0 in their recent non-league test against Magnolia Science Academy Reseda (Reseda, CA)

The Warriors now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Harvard-Westlake for a Mission test on Friday, January 3. Bishop Alemany will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to St. Augustine (San Diego, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-3.
