The Paschal Panthers basketball team (Fort Worth, TX), was nudged 48-42 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Electra Tigers (Electra, TX)

The Tigers now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Munday for a 1A Region II District 16 battle on Tuesday, January 4. Electra will battle a Moguls team coming off a 44-36 non-league loss to Blackwell (Blackwell, TX). The Moguls record now stands at 4-5.

The Panthers (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Chisholm Trail (Fort Worth, TX). The Rangers come into the 6A Region I District 3 battle with a 5-14 record.
