Illinois High School Basketball - Olympia knocked off by Sacred Heart-Griffin

The Sacred Heart-Griffin Cyclones basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Olympia Spartans to 42 in the Cyclones non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cyclones now sport a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenwood for a Central State Eight contest on Tuesday, January 4. Sacred Heart-Griffin will battle a Titans team coming off a 76-63 non-league win over MacArthur (Decatur, IL). The Titans record now stands at 6-9.
The Spartans (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against East Peoria (East Peoria, IL). The Raiders enter the non-league contest with a 0-11 record. In their last contest, East Peoria was defeated by Glenwood (Chatham, IL), 58-33, in a non-league contest.
