The Cedar Hill Longhorns basketball team scored 52 points and held the host Bishop Lynch Friars to 40 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Longhorns now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Episcopal School of Dallas for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Cedar Hill will battle a Eagles team coming off a 88-34 non-league loss to Red Oak (Red Oak, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 4-11.

The Friars (16-8) will now prepare for their contest against Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX). The Gophers enter the non-league contest with a 5-14 record. In their last contest, Grand Prairie was defeated by Liberty (Frisco, TX), 64-44, in a non-league contest.
