California High School Basketball - San Clemente knocked off by California

December 29, 2022: San Clemente, CA 92673

The California Grizzlies basketball team scored 62 points and held the host San Clemente Tritons to 47 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Grizzlies now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodcreek for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. California will meet a Timberwolves team coming off a 65-53 non-league win over Woodbridge (Irvine, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 11-4.

The Tritons (6-12) will now prepare for their contest against San Juan Hills (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Stallions enter the South Coast contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, San Juan Hills was defeated by Poway (Poway, CA), 60-57, in a non-league contest.
