The Eastlake Falcons basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Trinity Chargers to 42 in the Falcons non-league victory on Thursday.

The Falcons now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pebble Hills for a 6A Region I District 1 contest on Tuesday, January 3. Eastlake will battle a Spartans team coming off a 62-51 non-league win over Plainview (Plainview, TX). The Spartans record now stands at 9-8.

The Chargers (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Del Rio (Del Rio, TX). The Rams come into the non-league contest with a 3-15 record. In their last contest, Del Rio was defeated by Hereford (Hereford, TX), 70-43, in a non-league contest.
