The Yellowjackets now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Knoch for a WPIAL 4A 1 battle on Tuesday, January 3. Freeport will confront a Knights team coming off a 73-50 non-league loss to Steel Valley (Munhall, PA). The Knights record now stands at 1-8.

The Eagles (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Taylor Allderdice (Pittsburgh, PA). The Dragons come into the Pittsburgh City battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Taylor Allderdice edged Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA), 64-59, in a non-league battle.
