The Glenn Grizzlies basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Lake Creek Lions to 50 in the Grizzlies non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vandegrift for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. Glenn will battle a Vipers team coming off a 58-53 non-league win over Ray (Corpus Christi, TX). The Vipers record now stands at 13-6.
With the defeat, Lake Creek moves to 15-7 on the year. The Lions travel to Wagner (San Antonio, TX) to face the Thunderbirds in a non-league match on Thursday, December 29. The Thunderbirds enter the match with a record of 9-7. Wagner won 49-44 in their recent non-league match against Mayde Creek (Houston, TX)
